Job Type: Part Time
SUMMARY
Shift will be from 5pm to 7pm Monday thru Friday, and 9am to 5pm every other Saturday, and Holidays as scheduled by supervisor.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Receives customers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business, and directs customers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all customers.
Serves as a back up to our cashier office where you assist customers when they pick up their vehicle from our service department. Receives payment for products or services sold by the dealership and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
